Standard Cleaning
Standard Cleaning-(SC) is great for recurrent service. It can be customized with add-on services like organizing, laundry, linen changes, oven cleaning and many other services that helps our clients focus on other task in their homes and income properties. This service is offered Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly or as needed upon guest check-in, check-out. (SC) is also a commonly used coded for our Airbnb turn-over service properties.

Standard Cleaning Service
- All Rooms
- Dust all accessible surfaces (furniture, shelves, window sills, decor)
- Wipe down light switches and doorknobs
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
Living Room/Common Areas
- Dust electronics and TV screens (if safe for material)
- Wipe coffee tables and side tables
- Clean Fan blades (remove dust build-up)
- Vacuum carpets with carpet refresh
- Sweep and mop floors
- Fluff and arrange couch cushions and pillows
Kitchen
- Wipe down countertops and cabinet exteriors
- Clean sink and faucet
- Wipe exterior of fridge, oven, dishwasher
- Clean microwave Interior and exterior
- Clean stove top
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins
- Sweep and mop kitchen floor
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect sinks, counters, and faucets
- Scrub and disinfect toilets, including base and behind
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Wipe down shower/tub and tiles
- Replace towels and toiletries as needed
- Sweep and mop bathroom floor
Bedrooms
- Make beds and change linens (if desired as an add-on or custom service)
- Dust bedside tables and lamps
